The only staff person who is nice and helpful around here is Juan, the matinence man. He is incredibly professional and very kind. Chris in the office is a nightmare. Her customer service skills are non-existent. Also, the water here is BAD. Neighbors had green sludge come out of their filters and faucets. My fiancé and I have been here for over two years and are VERY unhappy.

I do agree with taking action, however it seems as if my concern for park residence safety fell on deaf ears. Most all here are passionate dog owners, which is great however there are a few dogs here that have bitten many times off leash and should be diciplined as the irresponsible owners do nothing to maintain. The area here is perfect for dogs with a huge walking trail and field, but be safe and leash your dog,its not a pretty site when you are forced to take your bitten animal in for a fierce bite. There is a area in office for relaxation with the laundry room to the side,a small pool and a couple restrooms. No other nice accommodations. People here keep to themselves, hardly a hello. If you seek non communication and are a bit of a recluse, this may be a good spot for you. I will have to say,Juan the matainance man is very well liked and respected here. He not only works hard he is approachable, kind and very considerate. He will be missed! If you seek luxury, convince or friendly neighbors, this place is not for you. If you seek extreme quiet maybe after a surgery then this would be a good fit. I really am sorry to say that all my attempts at staying positive, friendly and willing to help has been ignored. I wanted to belong to a great community of RVers, that never happened as there is simply not much to do in the area of get to get hers, outings, rec rooms, gathering ,barbq events, banquets, workout room,ext.. I move on now to better places in Oregon.

I have lived here for two years. In the beginning I really enjoyed the nice two acres in back of me,lots of trees, nice view and areas for planting . However, that soon dicipated when we were all told to knock down our gorgeous gardens which most of us took great care and pride in. Later on that beautiful Woody's area started filling up with storages of RVs,it blocked the gorgeous view not to mention the many break inns of them from the homeless. Regardless of safety which i did report,i was told to take care of this issue myself and call police.Since everyone here are owners of the RVs,but not the space which you rent for a reasonable rate,i would assume management and or owner of Aurora would want to know and be as disciplined as possible to make a attempt at keeping the residence free of real fear.

The people who own this place are greedy assholes who only care about profit margins. They aren't willing to make customers comfortable or happy. They stay in business purely because there aren't many other options around for short term/ long term stays in the area. Lots of tweakers, panhandlers, homeless people and heroin junkies hanging around there. And if you have an emergency there be prepared to wait anywhere between 45 minutes to an hour for the police to arrive. Just a bad area all together. Stay away from aurora period.

I and my wife have been here for FIVE YEAR AND LIKE ALL THE STAFF thay do a great JOB

Decent rv camp site long and short term stay. friendly campers but hardly ever see staff
